If your product is so safe for humans what is the harm for labeling gmo foods? Could it be that you decide what we can eat? And profit is the gain? How about turning your companies around and supporting organic grown foods. Just remember people are not stupid and they will veto your product and the longer you ignore and push your agenda the more the people will stop buying your products. Remember in the end we all have to justify to our maker , and just so you know you can’t take it with you in the after life! Take that in your walmart corn cob and eat it! No you won’t eat it? hmmm I wonder why?
Bob and 14 more of our LabelGMO campaign volunteers in Ventura, CA, greeted parade goers & watchers on the Fourth to spread the word to Vote YES in November to label GE food. Many Californians are suffering ignorance and apathy about the hidden dangers in their food. We need to look each voter in the eye and ask if they know what they are eating. We need $ for TV ads to compete against Monsanto’s $$$$$$$ for lies and confusion. Anyone anywhere can ENDORSE the CA Right to Know ballot initiative and DONATE even a little $ at carighttoknow.org.
We have our own organic garden and a mini-share of an organic CSA! :)
Hooray for choice, non-GMOs, and natural genetic food diversity!
Rooted in Community young leaders facilitate movement building activities at the RIC Winter Leadership Institute in AZ. Growing the Youth Food Bill of Rights to shift policies for equity, fairness, and real health. Working to transform communities and culture back to ones of respect, balance, and harmony. The youth declare independence from the “Big 6”. It is a new time, we must all work to ensure equity the whole food chain! We are watching and working for it!
Seeds that are sterile? Life that is owned? We need to stop using Petroleum based Pesticides on Genetically Modified food and get our Organic Seeds and support our Local Organic Farms. (Pictured $8.00 worth of food from a local farmers market!)
This my girl Grace. Together we fought our County park system to stop using Monsanto’s RoundUp in our Dog Park. It took two years, many letters and emails, but it was well worth it in the end. RounUp is NO LONGER USED in ANY of Oakland County, Michigan’s county parks.
I have either grown my own chemical free produce for years, or buy it from organic vendors at the myriad farmer’s market we are blessed with year-round in Southern California. I refuse to support Monsanto, and the entire factory farming/agribusiness system.
